Country Values Holiday Homes is a holiday accommodation service based in the Moore River Region of WA. We offer a great range of quality accommodation in the coastal towns of Guilderton, Seabird, Ledge Point and Lancelin, plus country locations including Gingin and Bindoon.
We are an Accredited Tourism Business and members of the Tourism Council of WA, Holiday Rental Industry Association and REIWA. Our professional property management team is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our guests and owners.

I would not stay with this company's homes again.
A ruined weekend for what we had planned because the oven did not work at the Sand Dunes property. The owner was selling so obviously did not care about the people renting the house. On complaining to the management we were told that the owner was aware and there was nothing they could do. We had planned a big family roast. Totally wasted. No offer of compensation. Absolutely disgusted not to hear a response from the management after I sent an email expressing my upset on returning home.
We COULD have made alternate arrangements had we been told before that the oven was not working. I waited simply out of hope that I would receive a response before posting this review. A waste of my time - but hoping so save some unsuspecting family of the same situation. VERY POOR SHOW.
