Loving the new place and considering the interruptions from covid they've done a great to get it finished. There's been the odd minor issue but Arthur has been proactive and responsive to any problems I've had so far. He sent the painters round after I moved in to fix any scrapes and two other issues were fixed the next day. Good job Arthur and co, love your work. :-)
After the initial purchase, the consultant that we had to deal with changed a number of times and it felt like at times there was no continuity from one to another. Being new to Victoria probably added to this too.
Other than that and some delays with land titles, the process beyond that point was smooth. The Development Manager and Site Manager at Rivergum YoYo in Aurora were both really good, honest and exceptional. They kept us informed throughout the process and made sure everything was perfect. Everyone that has seen the house has commented that the design and use of space are excellent and that the finishing and work is of very high standard.
Overall, very happy.
