I had to take this builder to arbitration twice.
absolutely no respect for anyone
workmanship is really bad.
won't repare any of his shoddy work (cracked tiles both floor and wall, cornice cracked and falling off, shower screen fell apart, I had to replace lights and switches myself, crackes appearing in many walls, shower heads have fallen apart)
