Had some general maintenance repairs that needed to be done around the house. Josh came out and did a very thorough inspection of the site. Was quite clear as to what we needed to do and worked with us to get it all done in a timely manner. Josh is not like other builders....he is relatable and explains everything well.
BEWARE
Poor quality in (re)mortaring or creating Weep holes in a professional way. Best described as Hobby Tradie, Sloppy work, Clueless on quality)
And even poorer quality in doing building inspections. He will write down anything a seller agent tells him to write down. (Possible conflict of interest; approved the sloppy work)
I got other more experienced and professional building inspectors to verify and redo his work.
