Walked into the N.G.H show house in Southern River, Perth one weekend with my husband and daughter just looking at builders for my daughter (first home buyer). Just looking with an open mind. We met Chris Belke the New Home Consultant who actually paid attention to us. Asked all the questions that he needed to and explained to us the whole process of building and so on. He was very honest in our opinion. About a week later my daughter had a piece of land to look at (within her budget) with Chris's help (which she is a proud owner today). From the time we met Chris it has been a very pleasant journey for us. Looked at a few of the show houses at different locations NOR / SOR and seeing the quality, workmanship and dedication from the team and Chris we decided to build with N.G.H as well. We have been very well taken care of till date. If at all there were any issues, it was dealt with immediately. Though we are still in the pre-construction stage our journey has been a pleasant one. Looking forward to the next stage and the final result. Exciting times.
