Unfortunately once BGC/Home start gets your money you can forget any service or reply at their end. The 6 months defects is still ongoing 14 months after we moved in and I have been emailing weekly. Calling does not help anyone as the staff members are all new all the time and management is a ghost town and one cannot get to talk to them! Very unprofessional. The defects they did "fix" were patched up at the bare minimal standards and came back again....surprise.
I would have never built with these guys if I had known. Building code standards are also overlooked..............
I do not very often complain but this experience is so frustrating and the service is very poor.
