Horrible customer service , you never get any help or you can't even contact the staff after you signed the contract, really disappointed!
We are currently building with Momu and the entire experience has been a nightmare.
From the beginning we have been lied to and gas lighted, being told they can do xyz for us and we will get certain offers then suddenly all of that is taken away once the signatures are down. There have been constant admin errors and delays on their behalf and to try and get answers from them is like trying to get blood from a stone.
Surprises keep coming up due to poor communication on their behalf as well as attempting to charge us for something that is not our responsibility, but theirs.
It has been a constant fight to get anything happening or any information on our house. This is our first build and they have made the journey truly terrible for us with myself brought to tears many times.
We have certainly not been treated with respect and integrity but instead with contempt and irreverence.
We are keeping our fingers crossed that the house just gets built now as I am sure they want to get rid of me as soon as possible as well
