We have recently built a home with Peter Stannard's Group and at this stage everything looks very good in the house. We started to discuss our plans for a home with Dean Reynolds and Anette Johansson who have been very helpful, professional and patient. Together with them we discussed many times various possible options for our house, and Dean in particular contacted the local council several times for various matters related to our project. When we finalized our plans and contract, we went through a thorough selections process with Lee Boyd who was very helpful and professional. And since the actual building process started we have been in constant contact with the building manager Fiona Zadnik who has been very professional and always ready to answer our queries. The building supervisor Wayne has been on the ball all the time, and it seems he has been visiting the building site almost every day. Several contractors have said Wayne is one of the best building supervisors in the city. From what we learned, Peter Stannard has been using more or less the same contractors for various jobs for many years, and we were told, some of these are amongst the best in the city. Which shows in the quality of what they do.
We highly recommend Stannard's Group for building a high quality home.
