I am in the process of building my first home with Terrace and so far I can't fault them. My consultant Lichelle is amazing and has been so helpful with the entire process. Always happy to answer any questions, no matter how trivial, and even helped and assisted each step of the way after I did a complete backflip on my design. Would definitely reccommend Lichelle to everyone, and have already mentioned and shared her page with multiple friends who are curious about building. My sales administrator Mercedi is also very helpful and happy to answer any questions. She took the time to call me with any major updates regarding my contract and was quick to respond whenever I emailed asking about the progress. So far, very happy with my Terrace Homes Team :)
