We moved into our Burbank house in March last year. Shortly after that we filled out our 3 month maintenance form due to there being a fly screen missing, laundry door frame being wonky which leaves a gap in the door aswell as other things that we were promised would be fixed. We are also missing a deadlock which is not giving us the security we want in our home. I contacted Burbank last year in July and again in September. It has now been a year and a half and we have still not heard anything as to when they plan to get these things done. Our laundry door currently has sticky tape along the side due to spiders and other bugs coming in. The toilet roll holders spin around, meaning guests can't even use the bathroom without the toilet roll falling on the floor and it’s really disappointing having to show friends and family our incomplete house.
We now have to sort these things out ourselves out of our pocket because they will never get done. Do not build with this company!
