Everyone at Avelling in the sales department is lovely and easy to plan your house with. I found there was a lot of hidden costs and no flooring or window coverings are included like other builders. In saying that, I feel the look of their houses are better than competitors - the house actually looks finished (no weird plan design plans with wasted space). The down side for me was the terrible job in having things replaced and fixed at the 6 month service. People came out four times and things things were fixed with little effort and as cheaply as possible with no consideration to what else got damaged in the process.
