Like many first home buyers/builders, we were excited to build our first home but also nervous as we had no idea what to expect. So having open communication with our builder was important for us, it made our build stress free. Homezone delivered exceptional customer service, every email we sent always received a response and every Friday we looked forward to getting our weekly progress update.
The team at Homezone made our first building journey a breeze right from the start. We signed our building contracts confident because our sales consultant was patient & took time to explain the process to us. Our prestart meeting was fab, the Interior designer gave us great advise and was super helpful. Our final documents and drawings were finalized in a timely manner getting us to site as soon as our building permit came through. During construction we had constant updates from our client liaison about our build progress so we were always in the loop. Last but not least our site supervisor was very professional and well organised, we had no delays and no issues on site.
Our beautiful home was handed over quicker than we expected and we couldn't be any happier with the final product. We know we will enjoy our home for many many many years to come.
