I cannot be more disappointed with the delivery. We were told that the items were in stock and could be delivered in the agreed date. To our surprise, we received a text message informing us that the delivery was delayed couple of months. Then again, they have changed the ETA 4-5 times. Now 6 months later I contact them to check on the status and they have delayed another 3 weeks. Feels like they tell you they have the items in stock just to make the sell. Not caring for the customer.
Now just hoping it doesn’t delay again and that the quality doesn’t disappoint.
I bought a table, 6 chairs, a sofa bed and a cabinet at Lounge Lovers this year. The showroom made it easy to see what the pieces really looked and felt like, so that's a great addition to the online store. The customer service was brilliant! I changed one of the items, and they made that process very easy. The delivery process is excellent. They keep you well informed, send reminders, and arrive when they say they will. I'm about to unpack the last pieces in my 'collection' - so exciting! Based on my experience, I highly recommend Lounge Lovers .
