Ordered 2 coffee tables, full Malmo outdoor package, St Martin Table and dining chairs in September 2022. We were very happy with the service in the store but unfortunately that's where the customer experience ended...
The first part of the order arrived and one couch arrived damaged and was taken to be replaced. There was no follow up from Coco Republic. I have had to make numerous phone calls, emails and I am still waiting for it to arrive. I am told 'hopefully' February...
The second part of the order has just arrived. Again more damaged stock... the table was delivered with a chip in the table top.
To further add to the great customer experience I have just noticed that the table has been setup incorrectly so that the legs are on the wrong side of the table and they do not sit flush with the ground.
I have to say the staff in the Karrinyup store are very helpful but as I have found out, head office has shown a total disregard for client service...
Love the furniture but I'm not sure we would ever risk dealing with aftermath of the purchase again.
