Would completely discourage anyone who wants to purchase online..I am from Sydney and purchased it online from this shop in SA.
The 1 star is for the broken piece of furniture which i received for which i paid 600$ and insurance on top of it but even then received only 300$ with no details from the courier service provided to me by the Sparkle Place even when asked. I had to keep the 300$ and the broken furniture.
Broken furniture for which insurance was placed is NOT considered as free furniture..I checked with the SA Consumer court and they mentioned that i should have been paid full 600$ as i already paid the insurance for that. It is not my mistake that you insured the item for your company cost price which is 300$
To top it all, i did not even receipt a copy of my full payment during my delivery...so i just have screen shots of our chat as a history
