His reporting is extremely thorough and what I believe makes his reports stand out from his competitors is that he gives 80-100 coloured photos on every report.
No other Inspector gives this much detail and his pricing is very competitive.
All in all his reports are in-depth and thorough.
Unresponsive and selective to calls and messages , unreliable in confirming bookings , uninformative on overall process . Lacked communication , said one thing but did another ! Included pest control but had to chase up the information and paperwork myself.
Detailed report was good but comes at a cost of communication and poor organisation 👎
