Termi-Build Inspections Gladstone is an independent building and pest inspection business, servicing the greater Gladstone - Rockhampton region. Our pest inspectors are fully licensed and insured for pre-purchase building and Timber Pest inspections. Termi-Build is independent of pest control companies, real estate agencies and builders. This means we work for and report directly to you – our client. We don’t just do a half hour walk around, most Inspections are a minimum of two hours and then we will walk the client through the report on site. Our report will detail any signs of termite or pest damage, historic and current, list all minor and major defects and advise on termite conducive areas to your building.
