Our Bloc has been formed out of the experience of Strata Unit Underwriters, a specialised strata insurance underwriting agency that has been providing strata insurance to Australian strata owners since 1999. During this time, our market research and community feedback has identified there is a niche market group of strata owners that prefer to self-manage their strata plan rather than use a paid professional strata manager. We are passionate about supporting self-managed strata and have developed Our Bloc for this very reason, a separate brand that focuses on helping self-managed strata owners by providing strata insurance, a referral network of strata service providers, special deals, news & strata education.
