About Australian Baroque Riding Academy
The Australian Baroque Riding Academy (ABRA) was established in 2020. Located in the beautiful South East of South Australia. Students of all experience levels are welcomed with open arms.
There are currently 3 school horses in work- in time a 4th horse will be brought into the school.
The centre is the first establishment in the South East to be accredited to deliver the Pony Club Australia syllabus.
The owner, Marie Matter, has a particular interest in Classical Dressage. This lineage of training has been translated from French Classical Masters of the 15th to 18th century. Marie rides and trains because it is her passion, as such, the work becomes an art form focussing on harmony and connection.
