We had been thinking of a spa for a long time. We took a visit to the Pool and Spa Expo. At the expo, there were plenty of spas available, and we chatted to many sales people on the day. After the Expo, we went back to Just Spas, simply because John had taken the time to talk to us without rushing, and he was very knowledgeable with the product. The Just Spas Adelaide team are great! John and Wade made the experience of purchase, set up and handover enjoyable and simple. Being novices with the care of a spa, we had many questions to ask. Before handover, we rang to ask various questions. John and Wade answered all our questions. About 2 weeks after delivery, John came out to our house for the handover. There was no rush, he stayed and answered all our questions and explained everything we needed to know in order to maintain a tip top spa. We feel very confident with the operation and maintenance of our spa. The best part about buying from Just Spas is that you are buying an AUSTRALIAN MADE SPA!! The quality of the spa is great and we absolutely love our spa. Buying a spa is not simply about price and how many it sits...it's about confidence in the product, after sales follow up, delivery and installation. Just Spas Adelaide ticked every box.
I cannot recommend Just Spas Adelaide enough! They were so helpful, informative and went above and beyond to assist us. We really wanted our spa for Christmas and they did everything they could for us. It was delivered and all working on 23 December! We couldnt have been happier. The team at Just Spas are truly great and will always take the time to explain everything and go above and beyond. The spa itself is bloody fantastic!
