We had a spa suite with balcony. NEGATIVES - No chairs on balcony and only only one office chair we could have moved outside so a bit disappointing. Defeats the purpose of having a balcony when your only option is to stand or sit on the ground. Spa bath is very small. Bath robe was threadbare. Daily newspapers are no longer delivered to rooms each morning. Had to ask for one from the concierge. POSITIVES - hotel communal spa very nice, kitchenette in room had microwave, toaster and coffee pod machine. Foxtel 24 hr movie deal for $35 was worth the money for us, bed very comfy.
