As a single female backpacker coming to work at this very remote bedourie hotel, i feel its important i warn people of the treatment i endured. I was treated like his object that was not allowed to interact with the locals, the tourists, no one.I was yelled at and threatened constantly, my visa threatened so badly i had to take police back with me to get my documents signed. One young 18 yr old girl was fired and thrown out into the street to fend for herself because she was enjoying a night off with the locals. She too was lucky the local bedourie people took her in and cared for her. On a happy note, Bedourie's local people are amazing, friendly and very helpful. Pls be VERY wary of accepting a job here.
