This appears to be a business that does not value peoples time and money. They would not refund me 30 minutes after making my booking. They have ignored my calls continuously throughout they day(when the phone was on). Absolutely dreadful service. They have robbed me of several hundred dollars. Be warned before coming to these “people” with your hard earned money. Peace y’all!
Stayed at Grampians Edge Caravan Park over the weekends and it was a horrible experience. There was no drinking water available for 2 days and the common toilet (2 showers) were dirty with leaves and trash. Quiet hours are not respected as guest were still having parties and their radio were turn on loud until 11pm. Staff were slow to respond to the noise level and clearly lacked responsibility in enforcing the quiet hours.
