Room was half decent but we were given key cards that didn’t unlock our door, then we received new cards that still didn’t work and the only way we could get in was having a cleaner let us in before being told to go back down to the reception to fix the problem only to get to reception and it being closed… when we returned to our room after being out we called the emergency number and waited 1.5 hours to finally get into the room. When seeking some kind of compensation we were met with quite a rude response. Very Poor service would not stay here again.
