Filthy apartment. Not sure when it was last cleaned. We booked for Jan 2021 and it was covered in dust, bits all over the pillows, bits of crust and crumbs on the floor and worktop and hairs all over the sink pedestal, toilet seat, floors and even in drawers. We complained to the managers, Kiri and Steve, and Kiri advised us to cancel and said she would refund us. Since then they haven’t returned our calls or given us the time of day. It was the eve of our wedding. A very upsetting affair and we wouldn’t book these apartments or through LetGoBnB again.
Very grubby and poorly maintained. Sound proofing between units ineffective. Cold (dirty) concrete floors with no mats. Only 2 towels for a 9 night stay. Had to wash our own sheets in the filthy communal laundry once we discovered that it was placed inconveniently upstairs.
The attitude of "management " appalling with no interest in helping guests.
