The accommodation was basic, which we knew when booking but what really lets it down was the food. By far the worst meal I’ve had in years. We could only get the buffet as the other times were booked out and we had to make the night show at Paronella Park. I say buffet lightly as there are only 5 items - roast pork, veggie bake, plain rice, soy honey chicken wings and salad.
It wasn’t overly busy but they kept running out of food. We couldn’t get anything for the first 15mins. It then came out sporadically, which meant you had to keep going up. The pork was luke warm, the veggie bake was undercooked and cold (like it came out of the fridge and was heated in the microwave for 30secs) and the salad was very basic (iceberg, tomato, cucumber, red onion). For $25 it was definitely not worth it. Super disappointing.
