Lovely old pub with real charm, beaut bar, large function room, and good service recommend it
For a small pub on the way to a larger town the wheatsheaf hotel holds its own. The building is stunning and while the menu is simple and the service rustic the people are friendly and welcoming while the food is stunning. One of the best beef schnitzels I've had in years and the mushroom gravy was on point.
