Perfect location, short walking distance to the main strip, beach and anything else you want/need in town. Staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and the pool is clean. Having said that, the topping up of amenities was not done properly most of the time we were here. The other negative experience was that the works on the restaurant were being done at the time of our stay (no buffet breakfast and restaurant) and were only notified 2 days prior to our stay. We were refunded and looked after but was disappointing nonetheless.
If you are here with a family including kids; perfect. If you are here for a honeymoon... stay away.
Great location really convenient for Port Douglas shops restaurants cafe's and bars. Room is not cleaned sufficiently during your stay! Bugs left around spa and had to request they were removed! Towel in the bathroom was disgusting! And rip in bedsheet! Photo attached! Not happy with the cleanliness of this hotel for the price! Check out others guests reviews this has happened before! Be warned and yes in answer to the reply I know I will receive you did not meet my expectations!
