Place is very clean , has everything we needed for an overnight stay . Explored around the pool space and noticed a smashed window , I realise they may be awaiting a trades person hopefully to fix the window , but with a young daughter I see the safety hazard side to this as anyone could cut themselves. Should be boarded up or something better temporarily until fixed .

BED BUGS.
Don’t stay here! I stayed here between 31st May - 5th June. After the first night I noticed I had bites all over my body and so did my mum and nephew. On the second day I went to reception showing them the bites and told them that my mum and nephew also had the same. They just changed the sheets. The bites still continued. After I went back and attempted to change room/get a refund. They were fully booked so we couldn’t change rooms and refused to give a refund. I then went to the doctors and have a doctors note saying that it is likely bed bugs and still they refused to give a full refund. Terrible service. As we were leaving on 5th we saw a pest control vehicle in the car park! Avoid this place!
