As a private landlord these guys are useless to deal with. They have no idea how to communicate with anyone and they seem that they are above the legislation of the tenancy act 1995. Been trying to get a tree cut since April and now Sept. Still waiting on a response and I have followed up numerous of times. Very disappointed with the customer service SAHT - Shame on you!
