Absolutely horrid experience had purchased some mandrels two weeks back , went back today to return coz I needed something with the size written on it, spoken to Nick absolute S***, zero customer service, you can't have some one facing customers with that attitude, wouldn't recommend to anyone who for some reason what a refund ,it's not that he can't resell the product just a plain stupid company policy , will reach out consumer protection too to see if they could help me out

The guys were very helpful with a special job we had. Great quality product. Recommended. We also bought a toe jack (5 tonne) a couple of years ago. Great product, very useful. Can lift 5 tonnes!
