Kochi café attempts to deliver a hawker style experience with the distinctive cuisine of the Southwest coast of India that stretches from the coastline of Kerala to the sunny beaches of Goa. Abundant with spices, fresh sea food and coconut the Konkan region delivers a long list of culinary traditions evolved from the influences of the passing spice traders, and local tropical produces.
Coconut plays a vital role in many of our curries. Used liberally as grated, ground, roasted or milk. Our masalas have dried red chilies, black pepper and aromatic spices like coriander, mace, nutmeg, cumin, cardamom.. Some dishes also use kokum, tamarind, and raw mango.
