Having worked in 5-star hotels across India, the Middle East and Australia their knowledge and precision is unmatchable when it comes to cooking or managing a restaurant. Besides offering traditional Indian dishes like Biryani, Tandoor cooked meats, we have introduced new dishes to the menu Harissa marinated lamb cutlets,Pan fried Barramundi,Thai Green Tofu Curry for Vegan.
