Went in to get a battery replacement for my dell xps 13. The receptionist told me it would take about 4 days. Fast forward to 3 weeks and I've finally got the laptop back. Also asked for an australian power lead as mine is currently a uk one, was told by Chris that he'd chuck one in at no charge, on pickup I was told by the receptionist that they didn't have any power leads. Receptionist also had a habit of swearing a bit - I wasn't impressed given Computing Australia is a professional company.
