AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID! If I could give this shop a 0 star review I would. I spent $132 for my daughters birthday dinner, we waited over an hour before ringing to ask where our pizza was. We were told that they did not have any delivery drivers so we had to wait but not to worry our pizza would be hot. Another 40 minutes went by and we still had not had our pizza delivered so we rang back and they said they had a flat tyre. We soon got our pizza 2 hours late, it was cold tasted like cardboard and our garlic bread looked like it had mold on it. My wife rang up asking for a refund and all the manger could do was berate her and told her she was lying about the pizza being cold and then hang up. My daughter is now throwing up the pizza as I write this review. I will NEVER buy from this shop ever again or crust in general, I will be taking this up with consumer protection and Crust head office in the morning. Save your money and go to Dominoes.
In regards to your reply Deepak, firstly, I find your accusations against my wife in relation to abusing and swearing at your staff completely false and defamatory. I urge you to restrict your comments to the facts only. The facts are the first instance that we were told that you had a problem with drivers was when we phoned the store for the first time after waiting an hour for our pizzas, we were then told that there was an issue with the driver but it would only be another 15 minutes, but then it took another 40 minutes. The purchase was made online and at no stage were we informed about the issue with the drivers, if we were we would have not ordered. The text message you sent me last night after my wife spoke to you on the phone (see image attached) certainly has a very different connotation to the reply you have so kindly given us today on Google. As for your offer on the two complementary pizzas, I find that does not come close to compensating a 7 pizza order valued at $132 that was not edible, the only compensation that I will accept is a full refund. I have sent this review and your replies both text and on Google to Crust headquarters.
