Owner chef is from Saitama Tokyo who has being working as Japanese cuisine since 2000 and was a head chef in many place such as Gold Coast and Melbounre. Now, he open his own Japanese take away and eat in shop in Burwood. Our chef want to bring truly Japanese food with fresh ingredients and affordable price here. Please come and try. You will absolutely love it.
