Second generation owner is the first son of Ito Shin and Ito Tommy, Yusuke has stepped up to fill and challenging to grow the family restaurant to another level to provide classic Japanese delicacies at sushi and sashimi Bar and allowing his childhood mate to run the kitchen who also possess vast knowledge in kyoto tastes.
