Dopa Don and Milk bar is a fast-casual eatery brought to you by the crew from Devon Café. Named after the chemical ‘dopamine’, Dopa is an allegory for the chemically transformative experience of eating good food. The vision was to create something that felt fresh, unexpected, and distinctly Japanese. Taking inspiration from the streets of Tokyo, this retro milk bar is serving up Japanese comfort food reimagined.
