The Ellington is a nice venue however I believe it was grossly overcrowded and unsafe on our night there recently. There were far too many people allowed in to see a live performance, the bar area was four people deep to get a drink, and you cannot get out the front door for fresh air as it's jam packed.
The owners need to review their safety policy as to how many patrons are allowed in their venue at any one time.
