Don't know where these good reviews are coming from. Have seen a lot of bad reviews today, and I am here to join in on those! So rude and arrogant!!! Went in today, as they were rude last week as well, and was hoping it was a one time thing, as I didn't want to write a review based off 1 encounter, but after today! Never will I shop there again. I agree with the Swarovski comment!
I would like to say on Saturday 9th January.
I came in to use my gift card from Christmas. I waited in a small queue to be seen. Wasn't in the best of moods. But I saw the most beautiful shop attendant. She had the best smile and manner. Her customer service was excellent.
