Shocking.
Quoted $100-$200 for a ring resize and then charged $370 upon pickup as they had to ‘get more gold’ they didn’t call to advise of the higher cost and just went ahead. Craftsmanship is terrible. Yellow gold colour added to a white gold ring and there’s dents on the inside where the ring has been resized. Will be taking to a different jeweller to fix. Wish we had have seen the 1 star reviews before going there.
