And the lady behind the counter was talking down to the lady infront of us - like you don't need to snap at someone to remove their card from the terminal you should be asking nicely not commanding them. Also if they're asking if the spare earring backs fit the earnings she was looking at you don't need to give so much attitude, just a question girl be nice, jesus.
