Quite disappointed with the customer service during my initial visit. I had inquired with a member of staff as she left the store if click and collect orders were required to queue, she said no and said to go straight to the back of the store. As I entered the store, one member of staff rudely and abruptly demanded I join the queue and wouldn't listen to the reason why I had headed straight in before queueing, at which point I walked out the shop.
However on our later visit an efficient and helpful lady assisted me. The original sales assistant was there still and welcomed me in the store, then told me to go back and queue. Unfortunately during my time in the store this lady continued to be rude to other customers, I tried to see a name tag however she wasn't wearing one.
