Est. in 1985, Opals Down Under is the premiere Opal retailer on the Sunshine Coast, specialising in quality unset black, boulder, crystal and white opal, as well as opal jewellery. Open 7 days a week (excluding some public holidays - see website for details), we also have a diverse range of semi-precious gemstone specimens and fossils.
Our Scratch Patch Gem Fossicking areas are open 7 days a week, 9am to 4.30pm (excluding Sundays, where the pits close at 4pm).
Opal Valuations provided (please book ahead), and we also provide opal cutting services, and customised jewellery.
