I highly recommend Brendan and All Gem Jewellers. In December my fiance purchased an opal ring as a wedding present. After a short time, the opal became cloudy and I was really disappointed. I contacted Brendan - he remembered us and asked me to post the ring back for inspection. As soon as he received it, Brendan called and explained the stone must have been 'unstable' and reassured me the damage wasn't my fault (I thought perhaps swimming had caused some sort of moisture problem). He replaced the opal with an A+ Australia grey opal of a higher grade and quality than the original stone - free of charge - and apologised for the inconvenience. Brendan posted the ring back to me via Platinum Express and it arrived the next day (Perth to Karratha.) Exceptional customer service and impressive product knowledge. Thank you, Brendan - we'll be back for an anniversary (or two!)
