To start with I tried calling this company multiple times but they had difficulty with their phones and had to use a mobile ( the bill wasn't paid I imagine)
I can only give 1 star or I would give minus.
By far the rudest and most useless company I have ever dealt with.
I bought an engagement ring here close to 8 months ago.
I made payment in full up front and was told I would have to wait over 8 weeks to get the ring back for resizing.
I was told up front also I would be provided an evaluation certificate.
Close to 8 months later of the blaming Covid about not being able to produce a certificate they send me a photo copy of the receipt and said that is it .( ABSOLUTELY NOT IT ) They then tried to twist my words and say this is what I asked for. I have asked for area managers which I tried to contact repeatedly and got no response , Diverting phone calls, not answering I even tried to call other stores and it seems to be a perquisite to be rude and sarcastic to be able to be employed by this company.
I have now been told that they will not be able to supply it.
I will be going to consumer affairs and would recommend staying for away from any of these stores at all costs.
