Useless service. Selwyn refused to sign as a witness for mortgage documents because he was adamant they were redundant and not necessary from the bank when in fact they were very much essential. Caused us lots of further headaches to correctly sign the documents for the bank.
The 'manager' Selwyn (who is very condescending) has very poor knowledge of his role but acts as if he is important and is doing some great service. He refused to sign a bank document quoting some nonsensical legal jargon and when the bank was informed they stated that he was '100% wrong' and they had never had a JP refuse to do this before. Do not waste your time going here. The miserable old lady with the sour face at the front is just as rude and condescending as Selwyn.
In anticipation of the reply from Selwyn; your legal jargon is irrelevant; you are 100% wrong and won't admit it and you're an embarrassment to your 'job'.
