Our Karate school is the perfect place for children to learn about Self Discipline, Self Defence and to improve their Self Confidence. Sensei Leigh-Jåy Ascension has 25 years of experience teaching children and is regarded as one of the best sports children's teachers by his peers.
Our syllabus will start to teach focus, how to get up when knocked down, and how to prevent injuries on the playground, then moves into defending yourself from bullies.
We have a strong Leadership program that helps students become leaders in the community and in their school.
Senior students learn anatomy, pressure points, how to use their center of gravity and how to use their head to keep calm.
