Owner was great to deal with and accomodating.
We arrived to pick our dogs up to find they had been let out in the run with most of the other dogs all together. Definitely not something we were impressed with.
We have put a lot of work into training our dogs and if we had known they would be let out with others we would have went elsewhere.
However, it’s not something we specifically said not to do....but... we have never been to a kennel that would ever allow all the dogs to run around together. Something we will keep in mind for our next kennel.
If the kennel reads this review. I’d seriously reconsider doing this regardless if all the dogs “get along”. It only takes one issue to cause a huge issue which could end tragically. We have been working on our dogs anxiety, behaviour and obedience for a very long time and this may cause some setbacks in our progress.
Edit**** also. There is a deadly brown tick disease currently sleeping across Australia, killing 80% of dogs it bites. Having dogs from god knows where all in with each other isn’t really the brightest move. It’s also not up to the kennel to “asses” if dogs can all play together.
