Sadly, Joyce Kitchens project management of our small bathroom was unacceptable. We had to manage the job ourselves as they were non responsive most of the time until we put the pressure on. We were beginning to wonder if there was a PM. For the size of the job, it took 5 months from first payment. Be aware of payments as they seemed to have cash flow problems. Even the tradies weren’t happy with their employer. We constantly had to chase up Joyce. Overall not a happy customer ????
